It sure looks like both of them died from methadone. I’ve read (at TMZ.com) that a witness will testify at the inquest into Danny’s death of seeing Howard flushing methadone down the toilet in Anna’s hospital room right after the boy’s death. And there are photos of methadone being found in the refrigerator in Anna’s bedroom in the Bahamas.
The inquest into Danny’s death is next month. And perhaps lucky for Howard, Anna now can’t testify what she saw Howard doing as her son died. And with Anna now dead, if Howard can retain custody of the baby, he stands to control a huge fortune.
Certainly there is motive for Howard. Do you think there will be charges against him?
PS; By the way, Howard looked drugged out on that private flight filmed by Entertainment Tonight. He got big bucks for that dog and pony show. The news reports all state that his reunion with the baby was staged.

He had a vast amount of control over their lives.
I, certainly for one believe he supplied the drugs and kept complete and total control over all of them. Why hasn’t the baby been checked for drugs? As far as charges against him I think the Bahamian government is like the Aruban government incompetent……No charges….They need to send “DOG” after him.!
First of all I would like to think that a person is innocent until proven guilty. It’s a nice little conspiracy theory and I am sure your sources ie TMZ.com are impeccable. Snicker, guffaw… But let me tell you this. Anna did not have a will. If he really wanted her dead, would he have at least made sure she had one? She was still fighting for the Marshall millions – that had not even been resolved yet. I just don’t understand why people hate him so much. I don’t understand why I care, to put it bluntly. But it seems like he cared for her quite a lot and put with even more – leave the man be, he is grieving. As for the witness – a former friend – let me tell you I have had experience of back stabbing former friends that have left me high and dry – there is always a motive and I want to see this one played out.
I think HKS being a lawyer(of some type?) has had plenty of time to think about everything and has answers for everything. If he is forthcoming and has nothing to hide he should tell it like it is. We all have our opinions but the courts are a judicial system and not a moral system so who knows what will happen.And why would he give an interview for ET if he was so distraught if it wasn’t for the money? I think he has to keep it in the media to keep the cash flow coming.
It depends on whether he provided the methadone or encouraged either of them to take it.
