it all starts with healthy hair…drink water, don’t use a lot of heat on your hair and when you do use something to protect it, wrap your hair at night (this is crucial because the reason most black females don’t have long healthy hair is because our hair breaks off easily, so WRAP IT UP). keep you hair moisturized then you will see when your hair is healthy it is easier to manage and looks good whether you flat iron or curl it.
