You most probably forgot to save the changes when you did it, RJ.
Look for the ‘Options’ link at upper right corner of mail screen and click on it
    Options /mail options
Click on ‘spam’ in the list on the left.
Then in ‘Blocked Email Addresses,’ highlight the E-mail address you wish unblocked, click on the ‘remove’ button, then click on ‘save changes’ at top left of screen.
You will start to get mail from that address again, if they send it.

Click on OPTIONS…MAIL OPTIONS…go to the left side of the screen and click on SPAM…once in go to the BLOCKED ADDRESSES…find the address you want to unblock…they are in alphabetical order…click on it and then click on REMOVE…then go above and click on SAVE CHANGES…that should do it…

If by chance you catch it in your SPAM folder just open the message up…go to the top of the text area…and click on NOT SPAM
