So if the guy is 16 and the girl is 17 (with the age difference being the girl roughly 1 and a half years older) it is a legal relationship right? But what happens when the girl turns 18… does that make it illegal? or is there the 2 year gap rule thingy?
I believe it is fine because there is a less than 2 year gap between us, but my friends seem to think it would be considered rape if anything were to happen when she is 18 because she would be a legal adult.
I did some research about the laws for Victoria and it seems to support my opinion but i would like to see what you all think.
